Kaiut Yoga Bethany Beach Summer 2024 Workshop Series
Upcoming Sunday Workshop Dates – 2024 Dates TBD / Time 4PM – 6PM (tentatively)
Workshops will focus on holding extended poses to clean up the rigidity in the hips, shoulders and ankles primarily! These workshops will offer all levels of students an opportunity to be in a safe environment to explore the Kaiut Yoga Method, with sufficient time and support to achieve a nervous system response that will be sustainable and allow recovery to begin to achieve mobility that is lacking.
This summer series of workshops are:
- A great way to be introduced to the Kaiut Yoga Method
- A great opportunity to reset your nervous system through a meditative class that allows you time and support to create mobility and a mind and body connection through dedicated time to feel and become more connected to your body
- Regular practitioners that want to experience a more therapeutic approach and go deeper into a personal practice (Members receive a 30% discount on workshops)
- Each workshop will be different
- A great place to enjoy a couple hours of peace and quiet on vacation where life gets crazy sometimes
